Our textiles are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, fading, finish, print, pattern or dye-lot variations. 

Intellectual Property

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by LuRu Home. Any reproduction or redistribution of these items is strictly prohibited. All copyright is protected by intellectual property laws.

How do I place a fabric order?

Fabric orders can be placed here on our website, directly through our studio by phone or email, or through a local showroom partner in your region.

Do you have a minimum order amount for fabrics?

Yes. Our minimum order amount is 1 yard. We do not accept orders in half-yard increments.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes. To register as a member of our trade program, use this form or email info@luruhome.com. Please note, this program is only open to design professionals.

Can I order fabric if I am not a member of the trade?

Yes. Please shop here on our website or contact our studio to make a purchase. Paid fabric orders are considered final. If a change needs to be made, please contact us to see if it can be accommodated.

What are your lead times?

Stocked fabrics by the yard, pillows, vintage textiles, and accessories ship within 2 – 7 business days of payment.  Lead times vary for our print-to-order fabrics and made-to-order pillows. These items typically ship in 2 - 3 weeks, but please visit the product page of the item you are interested or inquire to learn more. Rush orders can be accommodated with a fee.

How are your items shipped in the US?

All fabrics are shipped via FedEx Ground. All other items are shipped via FedEx Ground or the USPS. 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. If you’d like to purchase an item requiring international shipment, please email the studio for a quote. All sales requiring international shipment including those to Canada are final. 

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. An email with tracking in sent when your item(s) ship.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Please find our return policies by item below.

Fabric

As fabric is cut just for you, all fabric by the yard sales are final. With that said, please inspect fabric upon receipt. If you see an irregularity, contact our studio. No returns or refunds will be accepted if fabric has been cut or treated.

Pillows & Accessories

We accept the return or exchange of items in their original condition, unaltered and unwashed, within 14 days of receipt. If you'd like to make return or exchange, please contact our studio. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. 

Custom

All sales of items referred to as "custom" are final. Examples include custom sized pillows and custom colored fabrics made just for you. 

Do you keep fabrics in stock?

Yes. We keep some of our fabrics in stock. We share stock information on individual fabric pages. Please visit the specific fabric page or contact our studio by phone or email to check stock.

Do you keep pillows in stock?

Yes, some of our pillows are stocked, but most are sewn to order in 2 - 3 weeks. Please feel free to inquire. 

Do you accept reserves?

Any stocked item can be reserved through us for 5 business days. If an extended reserve is required please inquire.

Do you offer Cuttings for Approval (CFAs)?

Yes. We offer CFAs for our indigo dyed and screen printed fabrics.

Do you offer merchandise for approval?

Yes. We offer vintage merchandise (vintage pillows and vintage textiles) for approval to members of our trade program with a credit card authorization and signed loan agreement. Shipping costs are passed on to the client.

Do you offer custom fabric work?

Yes. We can provide custom work including custom coloring and custom grounds. Please inquire. 

Can your fabric be used as a wallcovering?

Yes. Fabrics can be used as wallcovering with a paperback applied. Fabrics can also be used to upholster walls. 

Do you make custom pillows?

Yes. If you don’t see the pillow you are looking for here on our website we can typically accommodate custom orders. Please inquire.

How do I care for my item if it’s hand-dyed?

Our hand-dyed indigo fabrics are machine washable alone in cold water on the gentle cycle. Air or tumble-dry the item on low-heat, and use a warm iron if needed. Please note, repeated washing and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can lead to slight fading.  

How do I care for my item if it’s screen-printed?

Our screen-printed fabrics are machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle. Air-dry the item on low-heat, and use a warm iron if needed. 

How do I care for my item if it’s digitally printed?

Our digitally printed fabrics should be spot treated and dry cleaned only. Use a warm iron if needed.  

How do I care for my item if it’s woven?

Our woven fabrics are machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle. Air-dry the item on low-heat, and use a warm iron if needed.
