Merchandise purchased through the LuRu Home online store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any requests for refunds or exchanges must include a proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged merchandise. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you consider a tracking shipping service and shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
